PESHAWAR: Pakistan International Airline (PIA)’s Managing Director Captain Aijaz Haroon has issued orders of raising the security at all PIA offices in the country.

QUETTA: An unidentified traveler, coming from Rohri, died here at the Railway Station in Quetta on Thursday.
According to Railway Police, a body of 50-year old man was found at the railway station. During the search, one-day old ticket was recovered from his pocket.
Police said he reached Quetta from Rohri and died of extremely cold weather. The dead-body has been shifted to Bolan Medical Complex for identification.

RAWALPINDI: A suicide blast has occurred at Sain Buta Shrine situated in Shakrial area of Rawalpindi, injuring one policeman, Geo News reported Thursday.
Islamabad SSP Tahir Alam said that the suicide bomber blew him up when the police asked him to stop.

KABUL: A suicide bomber with a horse and cart detonated himself Thursday in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar, killing eight people and wounding five, a senior police officer said.
