LAHORE: Out of 13 victims, who died in today’s car bomb blast in Lahore, nine were laid to rest on Monday night.
The funeral prayers of eight victims, including six policemen, were offered at Police Line. On this occasion, IG Punjab Tarim Salim Dogar said an inquiry team has been formed to probe the terror attack.

RAHIMYAR KHAN: The participants of the Tour de Pakistan reached Rahimyar Khan from Bahawalpur in the seventh stage which was won by Sabir Ali of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC).
In all, 47 cyclists left Bahawalpur for Rahimyar Khan in the seventh stage, which consists of 200 km. This distance was completed by 42 cyclists.

MIRANSHAH: Three missiles fired by US drone aircraft killed five persons on Monday in North Waziristan tribal region.
The missiles from two drones hit a militant compound in Miranshah, killing five persons and injuring three others.
According to reports, two drones fired three missiles in Miranshah bazaar.
Two buildings in the centre of the bazaar were hit and destroyed in the attack, said sources.

LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain today expressed profound grief over death of female students over blaze at National Foundation Girls Hostel in Rawalpindi.
